For those that are here visiting for the first time, I specialize in maternity, newborn, baby milestone and family photography for all of Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I photograph maternity, family and senior portrait sessions at scenic locations around the state, and have a beautiful studio located in Coventry, CT where I also photograph maternity sessions, and all my studio newborn and baby milestone sessions.  I absolutely love doing newborn photography, and it’s a true honor to be a part of these special moments in people’s lives as they welcome their new baby into the world. Sweet Josephine Mae Classic Newborn Photos – Stafford CT Newborn Photographer

Allyson and Ryan welcomed their sweet baby girl making them a new family of three. Someone very important in their family received the highest of honors when Allyson and Ryan chose a traditional family name to give their brand new darling baby girl. Josephine Mae was named after Great Grandma. We captured Josephine’s newborn photos with a Classic Newborn Session. She truly was the sweetest and I loved that she gave me so many smiles while I was getting my professional baby photographer snaps! I absolutely adore her precious baby smile – it might be my favourite newborn picture of her!

Both Allyson and Ryan love the outdoors and gardening, and I’m sure they will be teaching their new little sweet pea Josephine everything about nature and helping flowers, trees and plants grow.

Sage and Cream Newborn Photos for Baby Girl

Allyson requested sage green and cream for her darling baby girls’ newborn photos. I think sage green might just be Josephine’s color because she looked so beautiful in those soft green colors and tones. As a newborn photographer in Stafford CT, I love offering clients a large variety of color choices for their newborn sessions. Each newborn session is hand selected and designed around a cohesive color palate based off the colors you choose for your session. Having the option to choose the colors that will complement the colors chosen for your baby’s nursery, the colors in your homes, and the colors you love best is a just one piece of the whole newborn photography process that new parents absolutely love to be a part of; and I am so happy to offer that to all of my clients.

Studio Newborn Photographer – Stafford CT Newborn Photographer with Props

As a studio newborn photographer in Connecticut, I am always adding beautiful new knitted and handmade props to my newborn prop collection.  Melissa Hartigan Photography clients always have access to these props for their newborn as well as baby milestone sessions. You don’t need to worry about bringing anything for your session except yourselves and your newborn baby ready to have their photograph taken. Props are always pre-selected based off the color choices that you choose prior to your session. Custom set-ups are then designed around your color choices. Everything in the studio is always prepared and ready to begin once you arrive for your newborn session.
