Hi there, thanks for taking the time to come over to my blog.  I am a professional photographer in Coventry Connecticut specializing in Newborn, Maternity, Children and Family Photography, serving all of Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.  I hope will you enjoy this blog post on Sophia session.

I am asked very often by clients which session type is my favorite. Without a doubt newborn sessions are my favorite, then it is a tie between maternity and then sitter sessions. Maternity because it is simply amazing that a human can grow a life and sitters because they are so full of expression and personality.  There is nothing more amazing than holding a brand new baby and being the one chosen to capture all of their newness. Whether is it meeting first time parents for the first time at their newborn session or having past clients come in when they are expanding their family, seeing anyone with their brand new baby is simply amazing. The glow and love witnessed is so beautiful. I love sitting and talking with my clients and seeing the joy on their faces when tell me about their birth story, some go as planned and some not, but being apart of capturing this time in their life is truly special.

When the Coventry Connecticut studio was designed and planned, it was very important to me that it was very welcoming to all who entered.  I feel this was achieved, when clients enter they tell me they feel very  comfortable and welcome.  Many moms and dads fall asleep and rest during their newborn session, when this happens it makes me extremely happy knowing they are completely comfortable and at ease in my studio space.

When Erin contacted me back in August to let me know they were excepting baby number two I couldn’t have been happier for them. I met this beautiful little family two and a half years ago when their daughter was just three months old.  I have enjoyed being apart of  photographing Mallory’s  milestones ever since.

Ok, ok… how about a little peek into gorgeous Sophia’s session.

Not only is Sophia beautiful, she looks so much like her big sister, the resemblance is uncanny. Sophia was near perfect for her session, her sister Mallory is so in love with her.  She was so very excited to be photographed with her and we captured the love for her perfectly,  this image is a timeless piece of art and it should be hung for all to see. I am so thankful for each and every family I meet, there is no greater joy than being the one chosen out of the sea of photographers to capture your brand new baby.  Thank you for trusting me.
