Maternity photography is among my favorite sessions to photograph. When a client schedules a maternity session, I am documenting their beautiful moments as new parents-to-be. For Diane and James, this was a glimpse into their beautiful journey into parenthood.

Diane and James are a sweet couple that I had the pleasure of meeting this past summer when I photographed their maternity session. They chose to capture their pregnancy moments and document this special time with an Heirloom Maternity Session, while they awaited their precious baby to be born. The Heirloom Maternity Session is a wonderful way to capture a selection of images with a variety of poses with several outfit changes to document your pregnancy and remember this cherished time by. Maternity Photography Dresses – Maternity Photography Gowns

Diane is a naturally beautiful mom-to-be and she was so easy to photograph. She looked simply beautiful in all three maternity dresses that she selected to wear during her maternity session. My absolute favorite dress that she selected to wear for her maternity session is the fitted cream couture style maternity gown. She looked absolutely stunning in it!

Maternity Portraits with Beautiful Outdoor Backdrop

Maternity holds a special place in my heart because I absolutely love capturing this special time for a new mom and Dad-to-be. Maternity photos can be as fun, serene or as classic as can be when documenting the natural and beautiful moments of pregnancy. This past June gave way to some beautiful landscapes and foliage at the location, and really enhanced this beautiful couple that I was so honored to photograph.

Maternity clients are always welcome to use the studio wardrobe during their maternity sessions. The studio wardrobe is carefully curated with beautiful maternity gowns to fit the couture and boutique style of maternity photography. Maternity clients have always appreciated having a selection of dresses and gowns to choose from for use during their sessions, and I am always happy to include these as part of scheduling your maternity session with Melissa Hartigan Photography.
