Evan Treasured Newborn Pics – Newborn Photography East Lyme

Lauren and Matthew are a lovely couple who were ecstatic to be growing their family by two little baby feet again. They didn’t want to pass up the opportunity for newborn pictures with their baby boy and got in touch with me well in advance of baby Evan’s due date to secure their Treasured Newborn Session. As a professional newborn photographer, my calendar fills very quickly with clients booking their session many, many months in advance. I always recommend reserving your session in your second trimester and holding your due date in advance.

When mama and dad brought handsome little Evan into the studio for his newborn session with his big sister Avery, he was fast asleep in dreamland, which is typically how I start my newborn session off, with baby sleeping sound. Every baby is different, but to help make the most of the session and our time together, I always send a detailed preparation guide to help parents prepare baby and themselves for the session. Mom and dad followed the prep guide and baby Evan was so good for his session and let me pose him in all the adorable newborn poses for his mom and dad to love and adore. As a family, they love to enjoy the outdoors and go hiking or stay at home and watch movies together. Big sister loves to color, paint and dance, and she’s quite smitten being a big sister to her new baby brother.

Baby Boy Sage Green & Cream Colors Newborn Pictures – CT Newborn Photography

Mama had a vision of colors she wanted for Evan’s newborn pictures and she asked for sage green with cream colors together. The softness in the green color and tones with the cream colors are the perfect color combinations for a new baby boy. Evan looked absolutely dapper in all the newborn photography poses. There are so many favorite captures of him but the one that I adore the most is him posed in the basket wrapped in the green knitted wrap and sleepy cap with a sweet smile on his face.

When you are looking to book your newborn session, it is recommended to secure your newborn session preferably before baby arrives to ensure an opening for when your little one does make their appearance. Ideally, it is best to book when you are in your second trimester. When you book your newborn session, you may also consider adding on a maternity session to your newborn booking and we can capture beautiful serene maternity pictures to remember your pregnancy by.
