Emma & Mason Twin Baby Pics – CT Twin Newborn Photography

Arielle and Kevin contacted me to capture their Timeless Maternity Session while awaiting their twin babies arrival. When Emma and Mason were born, mama and dad brought them into the studio for their Treasured Newborn Session and we captured such precious images. I adore capturing all the squishiness of fresh new babies and all the little details; newborn hair, newborn milia, baby nails and the sweet newness that they are. During a newborn session I set out to capture a variety of images, setups and details, but when I’m capturing twins during a session, I like to capture each baby individually for some poses and some together. It creates a nice variety for parents to select of each baby and of them together.

I love forming relationships with each and every single client that I photograph because for the short time that I’m capturing their precious memories during their pregnancy and when their baby is born, or in Arielle and Kevin’s case – their babies, I also become a part of family for a short moment. Mom shared with me that they enjoy any outdoor activities especially hiking, in their downtime they enjoy relaxing and watching a crime show or cooking competition shows. They love visiting Maine and spending time at the beach and vacationing in Disney. Dad loves martial arts and has three black belts and mom is a certified scuba instructor. They are such a sweet couple and as new parents I can see a whole newfound love between them and in their beautiful new family for four.

Boy Girl Twin Purple, Blue & Cream Colors Newborn Pics – Twin Newborn Photography Connecticut

Mom had ideas for style and colors for Emma and Mason’s newborn pictures and wanted to capture her newborn baby girl and boy in purple and blue colors and tones paired with white and cream colors. Purple for Emma and blue for Mason. Mom also asked for a Winnie the Pooh set up since their baby nursey was decorated as Winnie the Pooh. They are just too adorable together perfectly pose in their honey pots!

As a newborn photographer in Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts, I am always buying and adding new and beautiful knitted-handmade props to my newborn and baby prop collection. Clients always have access to these props for their newborn and baby milestone sessions. Props are always pre-selected based off the color choices that you choose prior to your session, and set-ups are then designed around your color choices. Everything is always prepared and ready to begin once you arrive for your newborn and baby milestone sessions. I am always happy to pre-select client desired props from my prop collection to include in your session setups.

When you book a session with Melissa Hartigan Photography, I give you MY ALL, before, during and long after your session has come and gone. I am NOT the photographer that starts a stop watch at the beginning of your session, I am NOT the photographer that will ever rush, I am NOT the photographer that will give up when I know how important a certain capture is to a client.
