I specialize in maternity, newborn, baby milestone, children and family photography. Expecting a baby is such an exciting time in your life, and documenting your pregnancy and newborn moments is such a wonderful way to celebrate bringing your baby into the world. Maternity and Newborn photography is among my favorite of sessions to photograph. I love to capture special events in people’s lives and give them heirloom quality images they can cherish forever of their pregnancy, new baby and as a family. When a client schedules their maternity and newborn sessions with MHP, I am documenting their beautiful moments as new parents and I am so happy to be a part of these memorable maternity and newborn moments for this family from Ware, Massachusetts. Fall Maternity & Newborn Girl Photos – Maternity Newborn Photography MA
Brianna and Matthew were expecting their first bundle of joy and wanted to capture these special moments together. They booked their maternity and newborn sessions with MHP and we immediately began planning their Timeless Maternity Session to capture their pregnancy moments and the Treasured Newborn Session while awaiting their baby girl to meet them earth side.
The maternity session is typically when I get to meet my clients for the first time and we get to know each other a little bit during our session time together. Learning about the couple I’m photographing and the baby they are about to welcome is helpful for when I meet them at the hospital for their Fresh 48 Session or when they come to my studio for their Newborn Session. By the time their newborn session has arrived, we feel like new friends. At their outdoor fall maternity session, I got to know Brianna and Matthew a little bit and learned that they love spending time at the beach and being around water and they love taking vacations and making memories together as a couple and with family and they were so excited to be welcoming their baby girl.
Massachusetts Maternity Newborn Photography
As a Maternity Photographer in MA, primarily capturing Connecticut Maternity Photography, I get the pleasure everyday of meeting expectant mamas, couples and families that will soon will be welcoming their new baby into their family. During their sessions, Maternity clients are always welcome to browse the studio wardrobe closet and borrow anything during their maternity sessions. The studio closet is carefully curated with beautiful maternity gowns from Sew Trendy Accessories to fit the couture and boutique style of maternity photography. Mamas have always appreciated having a selection of dresses and gowns to choose from for use during their sessions, and I am always happy to include these as part of scheduling your maternity session with Melissa Hartigan Photography. For Brianna and Matthew’s maternity session, mama selected a long form fitted maternity gown with sleeves. Not only were the autumn colors outdoors gorgeous for their maternity session, but Brianna looked absolutely stunning in the burnt orange colored maternity dress she wore. Beautiful is an understatement!
Massachusetts Maternity Newborn Photographer
Brianna asked for green colors used for her baby girls’ newborn pictures. Having a love for the colors of autumn; brown, orange and cream colors, as well as earth tone colors, Kinsley’s newborn session setups were designed around their color preference of green and Kinsley looked absolutely precious in them. Sleeping so sweet and so sound nearly her entire newborn session, I barely remember her making those sweet newborn sounds that we all love whenever we see a newborn baby.
As a maternity newborn photographer in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island that is driven to provide a custom newborn portrait experience, I love offering clients a variety of color choices for their newborn sessions at my studio. When you are looking to book your newborn session, it is recommended to secure your newborn session preferably before baby arrives to ensure an opening for when your little one does make their appearance. Ideally, it is best to book when you are in your second trimester. When you book your newborn session, you may also consider adding on a maternity session to your newborn booking and we can capture beautiful serene maternity pictures to remember your pregnancy by.
