Hey There! Thank you so much for visiting Melissa Hartigan Photography – Connecticut Newborn Photographer. I’m so glad you’re here and going to stay a while and browse around the blog. If you are newly visiting, let me briefly introduce myself. I am a professional photographer with a beautiful portrait studio located in Coventry, Connecticut dedicated to newborn photography, maternity photography and baby milestone photography. Not only do I absolutely love taking photos but I also adore being a part of these special moments in my client’s lives. Here is a little peek into Thomas’ Treasured Newborn Session captured in my studio.

Samantha and Patrick connected with me to book the Treasured Newborn Session while they awaited the arrival of their second baby boy, Thomas. Just as I had photographed big brother Andrew’s newborn photos for them, they didn’t want to miss capturing Thomas’ and they got on my schedule well in advance of Thomas’s due date. When they arrived to the studio with big brother Andrew and their newest baby boy, I was in awe of how sweet their growing family is. Thomas was amazing for his newborn session; he slept so soundly and I was able to do what I do best and working my newborn whisperer magic and posed him in so many adorable setups.

Getting to know my clients before, during and after their session is the best. I get to capture tender memories for my clients and get to see them grow year after year when they come back to capture milestones, family photos as well as when they welcome new babies. Mom shared with me that they love working out, she loves cooking and dad loves football and big brother Andrew loves anything and everything Elmo and Super Mario. As a family, they love to travel back to Newport, RI where they used to live and now they get to travel there as a new family of four.

Baby Boy Newborn Photos Green & Cream Colors – Newborn Photography Tolland CT

Knowing the colors they wanted to capture baby Thomas in, they asked for dark green colors paired with cream colors. It’s such a good color combination and one that I just adore photographing – especially when the baby and siblings are as handsome and adorable as baby Thomas and his big brother Andrew. Andrew has the best personality and the sweetest smile and I’m certain baby Thomas is sure to follow his big brother.

As a newborn photographer in Connecticut that is driven to provide a custom newborn portrait experience, I love offering clients a variety of color choices for their newborn sessions at my studio. I am NOT the photographer that starts a stop watch at the beginning of your session, I am NOT the photographer that will ever rush, I am NOT the photographer that will give up when I know how important a certain capture is to a client.
