As a Connecticut Baby Photographer, I have the pleasure of meeting families with new babies every day. Not only do I love being a newborn photographer, but I also love photographing babies of all ages and capturing all the baby milestones from pushing up, sitting up, standing up through to their first birthday. As quick as the newborn stage passes so do all the different stages of the baby milestones, and it’s so important not to miss capturing those major milestones and details either. Here is a peek into Theodore’s milestone session.

Theodore Sitter Milestone – Windsor CT Baby Photography

Brittany and David brought their baby boy Theodore, Theo for short, in for a six-month milestone session to capture those tender moments of him sitting up within his first year of baby milestones.

During his milestone session, Theo was a happy and smiley baby boy. He showed off his out going personality and was full of sweet baby expressions. Mama shared with me that Theo loves his tubby time and would be able to sit in the bath playing for hours on end if they could let him. So naturally, we played on that fun for him and created a session setup just for Theo to enjoy. I just love every image captured during his session and how Theo showed off his loveable personality.

In their free time, Brittany is a crafter and loves to quilt, and David loves playing video games – and when he does, he will “plug” in another controller for Theo to be player number two while he games and Theo loves that time with his dad. As a family, they all cozy up and watch a movie once week and they plan family functions whenever they can. Theo is just the sweetest boy!

Connecticut Baby Milestone Photographer with Outfits and Props

As a baby milestone photographer located in Connecticut, I am always adding beautiful new knitted and handmade props to my studio baby prop collection.  Melissa Hartigan Photography clients always have access to these props for their newborn sessions as well as baby milestone sessions. You don’t need to worry about bringing anything for your session except yourselves and your happy baby ready to have their picture taken. Props are always pre-selected based off the color choices that you choose prior to your session. Custom set-ups are then designed around your color choices. Everything is always prepared and ready to begin once you arrive for your baby milestone session. Theo was dressed in two outfits that mama brought to capture him in, and he also wore outfits from the MHP baby client closet.
