Expecting a baby is such an exciting time in your life, and documenting your pregnancy is a wonderful way to celebrate bringing your baby into the world while waiting for your baby to arrive. Maternity photography is among my favorite sessions to photograph for the beautifulness of a blooming pregnancy. When a client schedules a maternity and newborn session with MHP, I am documenting their beautiful moments as new parents-to-be. For this sweet family from Broad Brook in Hartford County, this is a little glimpse into their beautiful journey into parenthood awaiting the arrival of their newest baby.
Studio Maternity Photos – Maternity Photography Hartford County
Thelma and Yaw connected with me again to capture more portrait memories after capturing their daughter’s newborn and milestone sessions in the years past. Booking the Heirloom Maternity and the Cherished Newborn Session to freeze these special moments in time, we captured mamas beautiful pregnancy bump with a studio maternity session and included dad-to-be and baby’s two big sisters for a family centered maternity session. I always like to capture mom-to-be, mom and dad-to-be together for some couples poses as well as capturing baby’s siblings in some poses. Big sisters Exmeriahs and Zoeyannal were amazing for the session and no doubt they are excited to welcome a new sibling grow up with.
Hartford County Maternity Photography
Theloma is a gorgeous mama-to-be who looked absolutely stunning in all the gowns she wore for their maternity photoshoot. Mama had a vision for her maternity session, so we worked together to bring this to life. Capturing a few different looks, mama wore wanted a casual look with the family together and then wanted to capture a few couture style portraits of her pregnancy and wore a beautiful gown that was borrowed from my extensive maternity client wardrobe closet. The client closet is available to all maternity clients to use for their sessions. The maternity client wardrobe is carefully curated with beautiful gowns from Pink Blush Maternity, Nordstrom, KH Fashion and many other maternity gown vendors, including some pretty selections from Amazon, that have been carefully selected to fit the couture and boutique style of maternity photography. Mamas love having a selection of dresses and gowns to choose from to use for their pregnancy photos, and I am always happy to include these as part of scheduling your maternity session with Melissa Hartigan Photography. Mama looked stunning wearing the couture maternity gown!
