Expecting a baby is such an exciting time in your life, and documenting your pregnancy is a wonderful way to celebrate bringing your baby into the world while waiting for your baby to arrive. Maternity photography is among my favorite sessions to photograph. When a client schedules a maternity and newborn session with MHP, I am documenting their beautiful moments as new parents-to-be. For Sarah and Kevin, this is a little glimpse into their beautiful journey into parenthood.
Sarah & Kevin Maternity Pics – Maternity Photography CT
Sarah and Kevin were expecting their first baby together and to celebrate the fleeting occasion they were so generously gifted their Heirloom Maternity Session from their friend Olivia. The evening of their maternity session was picture perfect for a sweet, expectant couple ready to have their pregnancy memories captured. Getting to know this sweet couple, they shared with me that they like to watch Star Wars, Game of Thrones, and enjoy anime. They love to go to the cliff walk in Rhode Island and they try to go every few years and make a little holiday out of it. They are a fun and sweet couple.
Browsing the boutique collection of maternity dresses and gowns in the MHP studio closet, Sarah chose three beautiful gowns to wear during their session. Sarah knocked it out of the park wearing them, she is simply stunning! Maternity Portrait Session Pre-Photo Pampering
As a professional portrait photographer that specializes in capturing the beautiful pregnant form, I always suggest a day of pampering for my mom’s-to-be before their maternity session. From manicures and pedicures, to a day at the salon with a hair stylist and makeup artist, it can really bring out the very essence of how an expectant mother-to-be feels about herself. When a mama feels her absolute best, it shines through during the maternity session and into the finished maternity portrait. Sarah’s friend, Olivia who gifted their maternity session, did her hair and makeup for their session. Mama was pampered!
