I’m Melissa, a professional newborn photographer with a beautiful portrait studio in Coventry, CT dedicated to posed newborn photography, fine art maternity photography and baby milestone photography throughout all of Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Not only do I absolutely love taking photos and capturing moments in time for my beloved clients, but I also adore being a part of these special moments in their lives. Newborn Photography Hartford County – Handsome Baby Michael

Erin, Michael, Lucy and Molly have been coming to MHP for the past six years for their portrait memories. I first met them when their oldest daughter Lucy was 3 months old. Back then, I captured a Valentine’s Day session for them and from there on out I have been photographing all their children’s milestones and their family’s memories. The latest precious memories being of their newest addition to their darling family; their newborn baby boy, Michael.

Lucy and Molly were so excited for their photos with their new baby brother and loved holding him and snuggling with them. They were the perfect big sisters and Michael is sure loved by them.

Erin and Michael love being with their children, and rarely are apart from them. As a family they love trying new things and spending quality time together. They are such a sweet family and I’m so lucky to get to photograph this family year after year.

Airy Blue, White, Gray for Baby Boy Newborn Photos

Mom and Dad kept their baby’s gender a surprise until their baby was born, but when their handsome baby boy was born, they wanted to incorporate blue, white and gray colors. They are so simple and yet masculine for this handsome little man. We went more with an airy look and feel for the session capturing lighter and softer backdrops. The session was simply amazing and the images of Michael and his sweet family are so beautiful. Michael looks way too adorable cuddled up on the blue backdrop with the sleepy cap on. Sleep tight little one!

When you book a session with Melissa Hartigan Photography, I give you MY ALL, before, during and long after your session has come and gone. I am NOT the photographer that starts a stop watch at the beginning of your session. I am NOT the photographer that will ever rush. I am NOT the photographer that will give up when I know how important a certain capture is to a client.

I AM the photographer that wants to capture your newborn, child, senior teenager or family as they are the day of your session. I love my job.
