Jackson Sweet & Simple Newborn Pics – Newborn Photography Mansfield CT

Eleven-day old Jackson came to the studio for his Sweet & Simple Newborn Session that his mama Jill booked last minute to capture him as a newborn and not miss those precious moments. I tend to book up several months in advance but when mom contacted me several of my expectant clients were past their due dates and I had availability to capture her baby boy’s newborn pictures.

Jackson was so sweet and so precious and was the sleepiest during his newborn session. He slept nearly the entire time and barely made a peep the entire session. I love that I was able to pose him so perfectly and capture all the adorable posed newborn photography poses for his mom and dad.

I always love when parents chat and we get to know each other. Jill shared with me that, her and her husband are down to earth people. They enjoy the outdoors, hiking and country life. For their outdoor fall wedding in 2018 she proceeded through the woods to meet her groom. For their guest seating they made all the bench seating themselves cut from pine logs, which was not only a custom touch but kept with the outdoor fall theme of their wedding. They honeymooned in Yellowstone and Jackson Hole, which is one reason for their son’s name. It was freezing in October but nothing short of magical. They absolutely love the fall season! Baby Jacks, a sweet nickname given to him by his mama, is a blessing to them. He reminds her of a little frog because of the way he tucks his feet up under himself when he is snuggling under her neck – aww, he’s so sweet!

Baby Boy Blue, Green & Themed Fall Newborn Photos – Baby Photography CT Mansfield

I love all blue and green colors that mama had selected for Jackson’s newborn session. The blues and greens really are the perfect color combinations for a handsome little fella, like Jackson. Jill really wanted to capture a fall themed set up to remember her son’s newborn moments with, so I created a simple setup posing Jackson in a wooden bucket and using a dark green fall color wrap with burnt orange and tinges of red foliage elements and mini orange pumpkins.
