Handsome Sam Classic Newborn Session – Waterbury CT Newborn Photography

I had the pleasure of meeting Maribel, Husam and soon-to-be big sister Samya at their session in studio to capture their family style maternity session with a mix of fine art maternity photos. It didn’t seem too long after we captured their pregnancy in studio with Fine Art Maternity Photography that they were welcomed back into the studio for their new baby’s newborn session.

Maribel and Husam scheduled the Classic Newborn Session to capture Sam’s newborn photos. Sam was simply amazing during his visit to the studio for his first professional photoshoot. He slept the entire time and barely made a peep and was so chill and relaxed. I was seriously amazed!

Since Sam was in dreamland for his entire session I was able to do a large variety of setups with him. It really made for the most beautiful and varied gallery of newborn pictures. After Maribel and Husam saw their newborn photos of their precious baby boy, they wanted to upgrade their gallery with ten additional images and also wanted to preserve their newborn moments with a beautiful keepsake box and album. Their heirloom album contained images of their sweet newborn son Sam, them as a family of four, as well as images from their maternity session. An album is a beautiful way to showcase your precious images in tangible form.

Gray, Off-White and Light blue Baby Boy Newborn Photos – Waterbury CT Baby Photography

Maribel wanted gray, off-white and light blue colors into Sam’s newborn pictures, so those are the colors that I designed his newborn set-ups around. I must say that he looked so handsome in all the textures and soft color tones that we used in his session. I adore baby boys in blue and gray. There is something so classic about that color combination with brand new baby boys. Not to mention that is oh-so masculine.

CT Newborn Photographer with Newborn Photography Props

Melissa Hartigan Photography has a beautifully curated newborn wardrobe to style and dress each newborn baby with. As a newborn photographer in Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts, I am always buying and adding new and beautiful knitted-handmade props to my newborn and baby prop collection. Clients always have access to these props for their newborn and baby milestone sessions. Props are always pre-selected based off the color choices that you choose prior to your session, and set-ups are then designed around your color choices. Everything is always prepared and ready to begin once you arrive for your newborn and baby milestone sessions.
