Cherished Newborn Session Darling Elena – Windsor CT Newborn Photography

Laura, Derek and Big Sister Madison arrived at my studio with the most precious baby bundle for me to meet – darling baby Elena Anne. Mom booked the Cherished Newborn Session to capture Elena Anne’s newborn photos. Having already captured several sessions for this family when Madison was a newborn, her sitter and one-year sessions, as well as Madison’s visit with Santa, it was a treasure to see them again and this time meeting their newest family member.

I always love capturing those first family pictures after clients have grown their family and welcomed another beautiful baby. This sweet family didn’t want to pass up the opportunity to include family photos with their newborn session so they selected the newborn session that fit all of their needs. I’m so happy I captured these cherished newborn and family pictures for them. The family connection they have together is very beautiful!

Madison is a little girl who has lots of personality! She loves princesses and animals, and is obsessed with her books. Derek loves to golf and enjoys keeping busy with the family. Laura likes to entertain for family and friends. As a family together, they are very social and all enjoy spending time with their big group of friends and their children.

Baby Girl Soft Pink and Cream Newborn Photos – Newborn Photographer Windsor CT

I love all the light pink paired with the cream colors that Laura had selected for Elena Anne’s newborn session. It really is the perfect balance between natural and feminine for a beautiful baby girl. Elena looked absolutely darling in all the soft pink that was chosen and designed in setups for her newborn photos. Who doesn’t love a baby girl in all the soft and pretty pink colors?! I do love the touch of greenery added to the photo is Elena wrapped up in soft baby pink in the cream trench bowl, its very pretty! At one point during the session she was awake and I was able to capture the sweetest image of her with the sweetest little smirk on her face. I capture so many sleeping babies and I adore the sleepy baby poses, but sometimes baby opens their eyes for a short while and I’m able to capture some great eye contact. Elena gave me the sweetest sleepy captures and the sweetest capture with eye contact. Mom and Dad are sure to cherish this image of their beautiful baby girl Elena.

When you book a session with Melissa Hartigan Photography, I give you MY ALL, before, during and long after your session has come and gone. I am NOT the photographer that starts a stop watch at the beginning of your session, I am NOT the photographer that will ever rush, I am NOT the photographer that will give up when I know how important a certain capture is to a client.

I AM the photographer that wants to capture your newborn, child, senior teenager or family as they are the day of your session. I love my job. Capturing moments and freezing memories in time to cherish always. It truly makes my heart full and so happy. I hope that when anyone looks at a capture I have taken and they see and know this.

When you are looking to book your newborn session, it is recommended to secure your newborn session preferably before baby arrives to ensure an opening for when your little one does make their appearance. Ideally, it is best to book when you are in your second trimester. When you book your newborn session, you may also consider adding on Fresh48 Hospital Photos to capture those first tender moments after your baby is born, or a Maternity Session to capture beautiful serene maternity pictures to remember your pregnancy by, or pre-book your baby’s Milestone Sessions throughout their first year.

As a newborn photographer in Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts, I am always buying and adding new and beautiful knitted-handmade props to my newborn and baby prop collection. Clients always have access to these props for their newborn and baby milestone sessions. Props are always pre-selected based off the color choices that you choose prior to your session, and set-ups are then designed around your color choices. Everything is always prepared and ready to begin once you arrive for your newborn and baby milestone sessions.
