Cameron Treasured Baby Pics – Newborn Photography Portland CT

In October last year, I met Lindy and Aaron, for their baby boy Cameron’s newborn session. Wanting to capture these precious newborn memories of their baby boy, mom booked in June last year to reserve her due date. They booked the Treasured Newborn Session to capture this special time with their baby boy.

Getting to know my clients before, during and after our session is so important to me. For the short time that I’m photographing their memories, they let me into their world for a bit, and I always enjoy these times with my beloved clients. Mom shared with me a little glimpse into theirs.

“We are drawn to living their life by exploring, going on adventures and travelling. We are simple natured, but wouldn’t be described as basic, in any sense of the word. We have a super, simple cottage on an island with a beach with no electricity. It’s a peaceful little cottage where we love to relax with our dogs, and our little family. It reminds me what I’d expect the cape to have looked like 100 years ago with exposed cedar shake and exposed framing. I say all that because it’s what feels most like us and where we feel most at home – our cozy, little home away from home.”

Baby Boy Green and Cream Colors Newborn Photos – Portland CT Newborn Photography

Loving shades of greens with cream colors, mom and dad wanted baby Cameron captured in those neutral, yet earthy colors for his newborn session. The light and soft green tones and creams paired together are the perfect color combinations for a light and airy look for a baby boy. Swaddling baby Cameron in a blue wrap was the perfect color choice for poses with his mama and dad. I love the images that mom and dad selected to keep forever of their baby boy and as a new family of three. Mom shared that Cameron’s nursery is Babar Themed and Norman Rockwell prints.
