Ava’s Sweet & Simple Newborn Session – Suffield CT Newborn Photographer

Kara, Luke and their son Alexander, have had quite the year already when they moved and settled into a new home – a new home that Kara and Luke planned to grow their family from three to four not long after. Welcoming baby Ava was sure to bring a whole lot of love and joy into their new home and so many memories to make as a growing family. As a family, they already love making memories with Alexander, and now they will be making memories with both of their little ones.

Family Time is Everything

They enjoy being outside, spending quality time together and with their extended family, and they love Game of Thrones to watch together in their evening downtime. Luke’s favorite pastime hobby is playing golf. He once shot a hole in one while on vacation in Bermuda. Kara enjoying being active in her everyday life doing CrossFit and running marathons. Their sweet little Alexander loves being outside playing with trucks and toy lawn mowers, and he loves large vehicles and music.

Mom booked the Sweet and Simple Newborn session to capture Ava’s newborn photos and decided to add the option for family and sibling photos. I always love capturing that first family photo after a couple has welcomed their first baby or have expanded their family and welcomed additional babies into the family. This sweet family couldn’t pass up the opportunity to include family photos with their newborn session and I’m so happy I captured these for them. I love the connection they have together!

Baby Girl Light Pink and White Newborn Photos – Newborn Photographers Suffield CT

I love all the light pink paired with the whites and off-white colors that Kara had selected for Ava’s newborn session. It really is the perfect balance between natural and feminine for a baby girl. Ava looked absolutely darling in all the soft pink that was selected and designed for her newborn pictures. Who doesn’t love a baby girl in all the pretty, yet soft colors of baby pink?!

Melissa Hartigan Photography has a beautifully curated newborn wardrobe to style and dress each newborn baby with. As a newborn photographer in Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts, I am always buying and adding new and beautiful knitted-handmade props to my newborn and baby prop collection. Clients always have access to these props for their newborn and baby milestone sessions. Props are always pre-selected based off the color choices that you choose prior to your session, and set-ups are then designed around your color choices. Everything is always prepared and ready to begin once you arrive for your newborn and baby milestone sessions. I am always happy to pre-select client desired props from my prop collection to include in your session setups.
