Abigail Posed Newborn Pics – Suffield CT Newborn Photography

Kate and Dan were expecting their second baby girl and didn’t want to miss capturing newborn pictures. An important moment to cherish for their soon-to-be family of four, Dad contacted me to reserve his wife’s due date with a newborn session while they awaited the arrival of precious Abigail Jean. At their session, big sister Mackenzie was so excited to pose and capture newborn moments with her new baby sister. You could tell just how much she loves her baby sister already and how much she loves being a big sister. There is something so sweet and special with new siblings and I love capturing these sibling moments for my clients.

A big part of being a newborn and family photographer is allowing me into your lives for the short time we are together capturing your memories and getting to know you and your family a little bit. Getting to know this darling family, they shared with me that Kate and Dan are both theatre professionals with Kate as a theatre educator and Dan working more on the technical side of running a theatre. They love vacationing, going on adventures together and spending time near the water. Mackenzie loves being creative whether doing arts and crafts, dancing or singing – she has high energy and just loves life.

Baby Girl Newborn Light Neutral Gray & Pink Colors – Newborn Photography Suffield CT

Mom and Dad had ideas for colors for Abigail’s newborn photo session. Being drawn to and loving a color palate of lighter colors with grays and soft pinks, all their session set ups were designed with a lighter feel to them, including their family poses. With Abigail’s baby nursery theme decorated as the classic tale of Peter Rabbit, they wanted to incorporate light and soft neutral colors. All the soft tones were so pretty and she looked so darling in all the girly headbands and feminine touches. She is just so adorable!
