Hello! Thank-you for visiting Melissa Hartigan Photography and viewing my most recent blog post. For those who are new to my blog, I’m a Newborn Photographer with a studio in Coventry, CT. I love to capture special memories in people’s lives and give them beautiful photographs they can cherish forever. I am so happy to be a part of these families special time and truly hope you enjoy this recent post. Here is a little peek into my recent Taave CT Newborn Session.
Taave CT Newborn Session
I have had the honor of photographing this little family for the past two years. We first met when big sister Eila was 3 months old and have been capturing their family milestones ever since. I was honored that Mom Melissa she chose me to be to be their Newborn Photographer for their newest addition Taave.
Taave was amazing for his newborn session. He slept pretty much the entire time, although we did stop for an occasional snuggle or for a feeding. He was such a peaceful sleeper and great to pose. I loved that I captured a shot of him smiling while sleeping in my big, wooden bowl. How cute is he! He was also great posing my many different buckets. He had such cute expressions when he pose, like the way his little lips looked while in the froggy pose. For other posing ideas, check out my Pinterest Page.
I always encourage photos posed with the parents. Dad Kristoffer and Melissa looked so happy as they posed together as a family. I also love getting sibling shots, and Eila was so excited to pose with her little brother. I loved how happy she loved sitting next to Taave asleep in the wooden barrel. I absolutely love being a Newborn Photographer and love that families choose me to capture these special moments in their lives.
Mom chose Green and Blue.
Mom chose the colors Green and Blue for Taave CT Newborn Session. I love using my little blue knit hat with the ears on my little boy clients, and Taave looked like a little bear sleeping. He also looked adorable in the blue knit hat and pants, like little boy blue sleeping by the corn. In addition, the props I hand selected worked perfectly for him. Babies always look adorable in the little metal bed and with the addition of the plaid nightcap he couldn’t be any cuter. I also am in love with the little wheelbarrow and having babies sleep in it.
Melissa Hartigan Photography has an extensive prop collection and a beautiful couture newborn wardrobe. Parents don’t need to worry about props or setups for their baby because I have it all covered. Clients just need to tell me the colors they would like to see used and from there I custom style their newborn session. Check out my Newborn Gallery for some posing and color ideas.
