Hey There! Thank you so much for visiting Melissa Hartigan Photography – Connecticut Newborn Photographer. I’m so glad you’re here and going to stay a while and browse around the blog. If you are newly visiting, let me briefly introduce myself. I am a professional photographer with a beautiful portrait studio located in Coventry, Connecticut dedicated to newborn photography, maternity photography and baby milestone photography. Not only do I absolutely love taking photos but I also adore being a part of these special moments in my client’s lives. Here is a little peek into Elliot’s Treasured Newborn Session captured in my studio.

Elliot Treasured Newborn – Willington CT Newborn Photography

Melissa and Chris welcomed their baby boy into the world with so much love at the end of October last year. Last minute mom connected with me to book the Treasured Newborn Session as she decided that newborn photos was not something that she wanted to miss capturing of her baby boy. Luckily, I had a last-minute opening and was able to get them in for their photoshoot which mom was so happy and thankful for. When they arrived to the studio, Elliot was already 2 months old, but still very fresh in the newborn stage and I was still able to capture those precious newborn poses. I was in awe of how sweet their growing family is. Thomas was amazing for his newborn session; he slept so soundly and I was able to do what I do best and working my newborn whisperer magic and posed him in so many adorable setups.

Getting to know my clients before, during and after their session is the best. I get to capture tender moments for my clients and get to see them grow year after year when they come back to capture more milestones, family photos as well as when they welcome new babies in their family. Mom shared with me that Elliot is going to grow up being raised spending lots of time outdoors in the fresh air and looking after animals, like dogs and cows. Chris works in construction and Melissa works in the agriculture field. They are the sweetest family!

Baby Boy Newborn Photos Green & Cream Colors – Newborn Photography Willington CT

Knowing the colors they wanted to capture baby Elliot in, they asked for green colors paired with cream and other neutral colors. It’s such a good color combination and one that I just adore photographing. He looked so dapper in all the poses and set ups for his newborn photoshoot.

As a newborn photographer in Connecticut that is driven to provide a custom newborn portrait experience, I love offering clients a variety of color choices for their newborn sessions at my studio.
