If you saw my blog post from earlier this week, then you would have seen a glimpse into her newborn session captured when she was a days old newborn baby. And now here is a peek into her Sitting Up Milestone Session at six months old.
Tolland County Baby Photography – Emilia Sitting Up Milestone
Robin and Trevor brought their sweet baby girl Emilia in for her newborn session as a fresh little newborn baby and I documented those fleeting moments for them to treasure forever. When Emilia started sitting up unassisted at six months old, they brought her back into my studio for her Sitting Up Milestone Session and we captured some sweet, tender baby expressions. Emilia has such a fun side to her, always happy, always smiling; and I captured her personality just perfectly. As a family, they love going out for walks, and enjoy fishing and hope to take Emilia out for her first fishing trip.

As a Connecticut Baby Photographer, I have the pleasure of meeting families with new babies every day. Not only do I love being a newborn photographer, but I also love photographing babies of all ages and capturing all those precious baby milestones from pushing up, sitting up, standing up through to their first birthday. As quick as the newborn stage passes so do all the different stages of the baby milestones that first year, and it’s so important not to miss capturing those major milestones and details either.
When it comes to studio outfits and setups, I am always adding beautiful new knitted and handmade props to my studio baby and child prop collection. Melissa Hartigan Photography clients always have access to these props for their newborn sessions as well as baby milestone sessions. You don’t need to worry about bringing anything for your session except yourselves and your happy baby ready to have their picture taken. Props are always pre-selected based off the color choices that you choose prior to your session. Custom set-ups are then designed around your color choices. Everything is always prepared and ready to begin once you arrive for your baby milestone session.
