For the newcomers to my blog, I would love to introduce myself to you. I am a wife and a mother to five children. I found my passion and niche with photography specializing in newborn photography. I have a beautiful photography studio that is located in Coventry, Connecticut. As a professional photographer, I love to capture special events in people’s lives and give them heirloom quality photographs they can cherish of their new baby and family forever. I am so happy to be a part of these memorable moments for this family. Here is a little peek into Luca’s newborn session.

Luca Classic Newborn Session – Newborn Photography Griswold CT

Chelsae and Romain were so excited to be welcoming their first baby and they wanted to capture their family of three’s first moments together with a newborn session. They booked the Classic Newborn Session to capture and document these very precious and very fleeting moments. Mom booked their newborn session earlier on in her pregnancy to ensure that there was an opening when precious baby Luca arrived earth side. Capturing tender newborn moments for new parents always tugs at my heart strings because with every birth of a baby is the birth of a new family.

Getting to know this sweet family, mom shared with me that while her husband is originally from Montpellier France, she was born and raised in Connecticut. They met on St. Martin where they lived for a while until they moved to France. They loved going to nearby rivers and hiking mountains. They enjoy taking trips to the beach because it’s their favorite place to relax. Loving and snuggling their new baby boy is sure to be the favorite past time now.

Baby Boy Green & Cream Colors Newborn Photos – Newborn Photography CT

For Luca’s newborn session colors, mom wanted to keep with sage green and cream colors to show off her handsome baby boy. Keeping with the soft muted tones of green and cream colors, all the setups really coordinated well with each other. Luca was such a good baby for his newborn session and I adored being his newborn photographer.

Newborn Session Experience with Melissa Hartigan Photography

I am NOT the photographer that starts a stop watch at the beginning of your session. I am NOT the photographer that will ever rush.
