I absolutely love taking photos of expectant couples, babies and families. Baby Photography isn’t just photographing newborns; it’s also capturing babies of all ages and capturing all the special baby milestones throughout their first year after birth. Here is a little peek into Galen’s milestone session photographed in studio!

Galen Milestone Photography – Tolland CT Baby Photographer

Megan and Matthew are new and also beloved clients of Melissa Hartigan Photography. Having photographed their maternity while expecting their baby boy, after Galen was born and doing his newborn photoshoot, and now his All-Inclusive Milestone Session. Mom booked his session last year and in December, they were welcomed back into the studio to capture this special baby milestone of his.

When I saw Galen again for his sitter session, he was such a happy little guy and full of so many fun and curious expressions. Galen loves books, playing with all the electronic and interactive toys, and watching Ms. Rachel on YouTube. He likes to go on trips with his mom and dad, anywhere with something fun to see and do like a petting zoo or enjoying the fair. Mom and dad are big fantasy and sci-fi fans and hopefully he will be too!

Tolland Connecticut Baby Photography

As a Maternity and Newborn Photographer in Tolland CT I get the pleasure of meeting new families with new babies every day. Not only do I love being a newborn photographer, but I also love photographing babies of all ages and capturing all the baby milestones from pushing up, sitting up, standing up, their first birthday milestone and all the baby details like first baby teeth and the adorable toothy grins. As quick as the newborn stage passes, so does a baby’s first year and all the different stages of the baby milestones. It’s so important not to miss capturing those major milestones and details either.

When it comes to studio outfits and setups, I am always adding beautiful new knitted and handmade props to my studio baby and child prop collection.  Melissa Hartigan Photography clients always have access to these props for their newborn sessions as well as baby milestone sessions. You don’t need to worry about bringing anything for your session except yourselves and your happy baby ready to have their picture taken. Props are always pre-selected based off the color choices that you choose prior to your session. Custom set-ups are then designed around your color choices. Everything is always prepared and ready to begin once you arrive for your baby milestone session. The MHP tiny client closet is available to all clients to select a wardrobe from, and it is my absolute pleasure to provide this for my beloved clients. I love the images and mom and dad selected to have of Galen to remember his sitting up baby milestone.
