Expecting a baby is such an exciting time in your life, and documenting your pregnancy is a wonderful way to celebrate bringing your baby into the world while waiting for your baby to arrive. Maternity photography is among my favorite sessions to photograph for the beautifulness of a blooming pregnancy. When a client schedules a maternity and newborn session with MHP, I am documenting their beautiful moments as new parents-to-be. For this sweet couple from Windham County, this is a little glimpse into their beautiful journey into parenthood with their baby.
Victoria & Sheldon Timeless Maternity – North Windham Maternity Photography
Finding Melissa Hartigan Photography and choosing me to be their maternity photographer, Victoria and Sheldon booked the Timeless Maternity Session to capture these fleeting moments before they welcomed their baby together. With a few months between securing their session to the day their session finally came, we were able to plan out some of the finer details. With the autumn season upon us, we set a date in September for their maternity session and set out to a local area park to capture these sweetest moments of the two of them before they welcomed their baby earth side. Getting to know this sweet couple, I learned that Victoria loves spending time outside gardening, while Sheldon loves fishing and the quietness in nature. Soon their newfound love will be snuggling and loving up their baby. I love the images they selected to keep and remember the moments while they waited to become a family of three.
Connecticut Maternity Photography
Victoria is a gorgeous mama-to-be who looked absolutely stunning in the soft teal colored gown she brought along with her. It is so pretty and it fit her perfectly. Clients are always welcome to bring their own dresses for their photoshoot. As well, my maternity client wardrobe is available to all maternity clients to use for their sessions and is full of several different style of maternity dresses and gowns and in many different colors, textures and fabrics. The maternity client wardrobe is carefully curated with beautiful gowns from Pink Blush Maternity, Nordstrom and many other maternity gown vendors, including some pretty selections from Amazon, that have been carefully selected to fit the couture and boutique style of maternity photography. Mamas love having a selection of dresses and gowns to choose from to use for their pregnancy photos, and I am always happy to include these as part of scheduling your maternity session with Melissa Hartigan Photography.
As a Maternity and Newborn Photographer, every day I get the pleasure of meeting expectant couples and families that will soon will be welcoming their new baby. Not only do I love being a maternity and newborn photographer, but I also love photographing babies of all ages and capturing all the baby milestones. As quick as the pregnancy and newborn stages pass, so does a baby’s first year and all the different stages. Capturing any of life’s best moments are worth looking back on and remembering.
